Refund policy

When purchasing an item, you should choose carefully as we are not able to offer a refund for simply changing your mind. 

We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange on any handbags, clutches or accessories, unless the item is faulty.

Unfortunately we cannot accept any items sent back to us without you first contacting and discussing the matter with us.

Direct costs of returning the item(s), will be paid by you except in the case of manufacturing fault/s or quality issue where Ricardo Ferro is responsible for the costs of returning the item(s).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 If the item is returned as a result of a manufacturing fault or quality issue you are entitled to choose a refund OR repair OR exchange. Refunds or Replacement (if available)  we will be provided within 10 working days. Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for the purchase


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
